Wr.-Viktoria coach Toni Polster is enjoying his days off after an exhausting season in the Regionalliga East on holiday in Porec (Cro). The EURO fever also has a strong grip on Austria’s record scorer (44 goals). The 60-year-old scored fifteen times in twenty European Championship qualifiers, but never reached a final with red-white-red. “Unfortunately, I was never able to make this dream come true, although it must be said that there were far fewer starting places available at the time and it was almost impossible to qualify for it.”
