While extinguishing a burning waste factory in Traiskirchen (Lower Austria), a Floriani discovered a helpless baby wild cat. It was probably left in the burning building by his parents.
Last Sunday evening, the warehouse of a waste processing company in Traiskirchen in the Baden district caught fire. Several fire brigades battled the flames – the “Krone” reported.
Fortunately, there was a kitten who had to experience the devastating fire up close. Firefighter Roman Gärtner from the Oeynhausen volunteer fire brigade discovered the foundling by chance while he was extinguishing the fire. The kitten was apparently abandoned by its parents.
New start for kittens
The little wild cat was brought to safety by the courageous Floriani and, after a veterinary examination, has now found a loving new home with a fire brigade family from Tribuswinkel.
