After the recent bomb attack on the eastern Ukrainian city of Kharkiv, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy called for rapid support from the West in the anti-aircraft defense.
Zelensky condemned the slide bomb attack on a residential building in the center of Kharkov. He reported three deaths and numerous injuries. According to authorities, the number of injured rose to 56 in the evening.

Since the beginning of June, 2,400 attacks have been carried out with Russian guided aerial bombs
Zelensky said Ukraine has already increased its ability to destroy Russian bases for launching missiles near the border, as well as concentrations of occupation forces. Nevertheless, there have been 2,400 attacks with Russian guided aerial bombs on Ukraine since the beginning of June alone, 700 of which were on the Kharkiv region alone.
Kharkiv, not far from the Russian border, has been the target of massive Russian attacks for months. Civilian objects are repeatedly hit there. Dozens of civilians have already been killed or injured.
