An unusual and breakneck chase took place in the city of Vienna on Thursday. As part of a special operation, a police officer from the bicycle department caught a food delivery person at Franz-Josefs-Kai: he had ignored a red light.
But the verbal request “Stop! Stand still – the police made no impression on the 32-year-old Syrian at all.
The bicycle police gave chase
On the contrary: he accelerated and sped away on the bike path in his electric vehicle. However, he did not expect that the Vienna Cycling Police had first-class equipment and well-trained uniformed personnel.
