Words failed on Sunday night when a conflict broke out in a discotheque in Klagenfurt. In the end, two men had to go to the hospital, where the police had to guarantee safety because of a new planned attack. A visitor to a tent festival in Wernberg was also aggressive.
There was a fight in a large group of people in a disco in Klagenfurt on Sunday evening – the reason for the fight has not yet been clarified. A 22-year-old from North Macedonia and a man from Klagenfurt (21) attacked each other with punches in the face. In the end, a glass bottle ended up in the face of one of the people involved.
The man from Klagenfurt was taken to hospital by the rescue team, the North Macedonian was accompanied to the hospital by friends.
As the suspicion was confirmed that another attack by North Macedonians on the clinic was planned, the police went to the hospital to ensure that the first admission and medical care could take place without conflict. Further incidents were prevented.

On Sunday evening, there was another incident at a fire festival in Damtschach in the municipality of Wernberg. Shortly after midnight, a heavily intoxicated 45-year-old harassed other visitors. He did not follow the instructions of the police officers, he became even more aggressive, shouted, clenched his fists – and had to be temporarily arrested and taken to the Villach police detention center.
