A 45-year-old Russian wanted to get out of the car during a traffic check. That’s probably what the man was hoping for when he quickly threw a bag of cannabis and quickly threw it out of the car window. However, the man’s plan didn’t work.
On Friday afternoon, the 45-year-old Russian was caught driving 22 km/h above the speed limit in the Salzburg city area.
When the vehicle stopped, the driver threw a bag of cannabis herb out the window – probably to prevent something worse from happening. The man also showed clear signs of drug abuse.
The doctor determined that he could not drive and therefore his driving license was temporarily withdrawn. This is followed by reports to the Salzburg Public Prosecutor’s Office and the Salzburg State Police.
