They do not understand the behavior of a bus driver who drove to Salzburg with a school class last week. He ignored all the rules—and just took off his shoes while driving and casually rested his feet on the dash. Students filmed the scene – the “Krone” reported.
The experienced bus driver narrowly escaped being fired. His employer asked him for a report, which included a written warning. The man was lucky that the police did not catch him doing what he was doing. “There would have been an administrative fine,” the director said on request. And: “In the event of a concrete threat, the driver’s behavior can also be criminally relevant.”
That did not happen – the school class reached the city of Salzburg safely.
