In Rohrbach an der Lafnitz in eastern Styria, a serious e-scooter accident occurred on Monday evening: a twelve-year-old fell off the scooter and hit his head on the road. Neighbors found the boy motionless on the street. He was flown to hospital by helicopter.
On Monday at around 8:15 p.m., a twelve-year-old boy fell on a municipal road in Rohrbach an der Lafnitz and hit his head on the road – the young Styrian was not wearing a helmet.
The boy lay motionless on the street until a neighbor saw him and called 911. After initial treatment, the twelve-year-old was flown by rescue helicopter to the children’s clinic in Graz.
It is unclear why the boy fell, but the investigation is ongoing.
