Mercedes Vitoria’s ELA, LAB and ESK unions convened staff for a meeting this Wednesday to open a debate on the steps to be taken in the negotiations, given the “great relevance” of the decision on the proposal’s management to increase investment from millionaires in the factory to greater labor flexibility.
The unions made this announcement during the merger carried out by the company committee before the courts of Vitoria-Gasteiz where the lawsuit proposed by the management before the ERTE took place.
In a joint statement, the representatives of the three unions explained that they decided to convene this public meeting after the majority of the committee rejected their proposal to hold a general meeting to review management’s proposals.
