The meetings will start with the LAB union next Monday at 12:00 and will discuss the main challenges of the new legislature.
The Deputy Lehendakari and Minister of Economy, Labour and Employment, Mikel Torres, will begin this Monday, September 2, a round of meetings with Basque social agents, meetings in which he also intends to discuss the main challenges of the new legislature, as well as the priorities of his department for the 2025 budgets.
Torres is accompanied by his three deputy advisers Elena Pérez Barredo (Labour and Social Security), Alfonso Gurpegui (Employment and Inclusion) and Iñaki Ruiz (Economy and European Funds).
The meetings will begin with the LAB union, next Monday at 12:00 at the Basque Government headquarters in Vitoria-Gasteiz. The following day they will continue with meetings with a delegation from CC.OO (12:00) and UGT (13:30).
On Wednesday, the meetings will move to Bilbao, where the meeting with the employers’ association Confebask is scheduled for 9am and with the union ELA at 1pm.
