Navarra is the community in the state where prices have increased the most. Overall, both new and second-hand homes are increasing.

Second-hand homes are also more expensive: 8.1% according to data published by the Navarra Statistics Institute-Nastat.

In the Basque Autonomous Community, buying a new home has become 15.2% more expensive, while second-hand homes have increased by 7%.

Overall, buying a home in the state was 7.8% more expensive in the second quarter compared to the same period last year and 3.6% more expensive than the first quarter of this year.

The National Institute of Statistics (INE) has highlighted that the price of new homes has shown the largest increase in the last 17 years, becoming 11.2% more expensive.

The price of second-hand homes rose by 7.3% in the second quarter of 2024 and has risen uninterruptedly since 2014, after the property bubble burst in 2008 and was set to last for another six years.
