Then begins the period of accusations before the debate on the document in the Urban Planning Commission. The amendment to PEPRI is expected to be approved by the plenary before the end of the year.
This urban adjustment does not affect other types of tourist accommodation, so hotels, hostels, guest houses and hostels will continue with the current regulatory framework.
