Last year, stockbroker Patrick S. was trapped, threatened and brutally assaulted by a business partner in Kittsee (Bgld.) – but he managed to escape from his tormentors. After extensive investigations, it is now the turn of the judiciary!
The incredible story of Patrick S caused a stir last October. The Viennese stockbroker and cryptocurrency specialist was invited to Kittsee (Burgenland) by a business partner on October 13 – it was about debts worth around 80,000 euros.
There the debtor (40) was lured into a trap: S. was shot, threatened with death and abused in the basement. After his escape he – as reported – reported the perpetrators and the investigation then went into full swing. The completed company now reads like a crime novel.
The main suspect, Jozef L., had a veritable arsenal of weapons at home. Instead of using his Heckler & Koch assault rifle or the Glock 43, the Slovak ‘only’ shot the victim with the CO₂ revolver. After his arrest, L. also wanted to identify himself with a false diplomatic passport of the Order of Malta, but that did not help either.
Death threats and complaints
The allegations against L. and his accomplice Jozef P. are serious. The threatening gestures in the torture cell should clearly demonstrate this: “You will not get out of here alive. He is my cleaner, he will throw you in the Danube. This is not the first time we have done this.”
After the investigation, it is now the turn of the Eisenstadt Public Prosecutor’s Office. It concerns deprivation of liberty, serious coercion, bodily harm and also falsification of documents.
