A court has recognized as accident at work the consequences causing an Osakidetza employee to become infected covid he contracted at his workplace. The verdict is final because neither the Basque Health Service nor Mutualia has appealed.
On September 17, the ESK union reported that a ruling initially recognized the consequences of this employee as an industrial accident. The court has now informed them that the verdict will become final as it has not been appealed.
