A worker died this morning after suffering a fall of approximately 8 meters while working on a telephone pole at height potin the municipal area of Lion (Navarra).
According to the regional police, the accident took place at 11:30 am on a track called ‘El Camino de Lerga’.
The medical helicopter, medical personnel and officers from the Pamplona and Tafalla Forecast Police went to the scene, but nothing could be done to save the operator’s life.
