Furthermore, 24.2% of households in the Basque Autonomous Community may face unforeseen expenses and 12.9% cannot afford to keep their home at an adequate temperature.
He 18.8% of children and adolescents in the Basque Autonomous Community (CAV), which means almost 65,700 peopleis at risk of poverty or social exclusion (AROPE rate).
