New York, Arizona, Colorado, Maryland and Missouri have incorporated the right to abortion into their constitutions.
The voters of the American states of New York, Arizona, Colorado, Maryland and Missouri have done so approved an amendment to expand abortion rights protections at the state level, although the Florida electorate has rejected the proposal, according to U.S. media projections.
The amendments are intended to preserve access to abortion and other reproductive health services in these states. On the contrary, inside Florida The 60% needed to approve the measure has not yet been reached will enforce the ban of six weeks that currently exists.
