In the fourth quarter, Siemens Energy lost 292 million euros, 67.5% less, while earning 9,741 million euros, 14.3% more.
Siemens Energy recorded an attributable net profit of 1,184 million euros in the last financial year (October 2023-September 2024), compared to a loss of 4,532 million euros last year, partly due to the fact that subsidiary Siemens Gamesa managed to reduce their losses by 59 %, to 1,781 million euros.
In this sense, the profit before exceptional items amounts to 345 million euros, compared to the negative result of 2,776 million euros in 2023.

The income of the group amounted to approximately EUR 34,465 million in the 2024 financial year, an increase of 10.8%. By area, gas services generated 10,796 million euros, 1.1% less, while Siemens Gamesa contributed 10,008 million euros, 10.1% more.
The multinational has improved its situation perspectives and now forecasts comparable sales growth for 2025 – excluding currency and investment portfolio effects – of 8% to 10%. Bruch has indicated that order volume to date will reflect Siemens’ “leading role” in the energy transition.
