Xiaomi’s Android smartwatch Watch 2 is currently available for around 140 euros (recommended retail price) – an unrivaled price, especially considering the competition from Google and Samsung. But is cheap also good? We tested the Chinese challenger.
Xiaomi first presented its Watch 2 in February at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. The Android smartwatch has recently become available in a new, more elegant version with a titanium case and a white – in our opinion, more sand to beige – strap and additional functions. The latter should also be included via an update in the previous versions with aluminum alloy and plastic bracelet in black or white, but are still not available to all users.
