According to data released on Monday by the National Statistical Institute (INE), a total in the CAV 8,310 properties were transferred, of which 855 were rural and 7,455 urban, of which 4,082 were residential. Of these, 2,517 were purchase and sale transactions.

The vast majority (1,935) of the homes sold have been used and vacant homes (2,210) also predominate over officially protected homes (307).

In NavarreA total of 603 transactions were registered, which represents an increase of 11% compared to the previous month, according to the Navarre Statistics Institute-Nastat, which indicates that 91% are vacant properties (an increase of 19.3% compared to the previous month). years). The purchase and sale of protected homes increased by 5.9%.

Regarding the condition of the homes: 69.5% are used and on an annual basis there has been an increase of 20.1%, while new-build homes are growing by 13.6%.
