Spanish police have broken up a Swedish gang that used, among other things, underage hitmen. Several suspected members of the criminal organization have been arrested in Alicante, in the east of the country – including a couple and their minor son, police said.
The gang was said to have hired minors in Sweden and Denmark through the messaging service Telegram to carry out contract killings or bombings.
Money laundering and arms and drug trafficking

According to the statement, the investigation began in May following the arrest of a Swedish minor in the Andalusian coastal community of Benalmádena. The boy was recruited by the group and traveled to Spain to kill a member of a rival motorcycle gang. The murder was prevented.
Escape plan with e-scooter
This minor said at the time that he had been recruited via social networks and had been ordered to travel to Spain to kill someone. The gang planned to send him an assault rifle and also developed an escape plan that included the use of an e-scooter, according to the “Policía Nacional”.
Firearms seized
At the same time, two other Swedish minors were arrested in Denmark, who had also been recruited by the group and would commit another murder there. Two more firearms were seized from them.
