Tragic scenes took place in Vienna-Simmering on Monday morning. The professional rescue service was sent to an apartment with several teams. A five-year-old child had to be brought back to life.
The reason why the little girl lay on the ground on Monday morning and stopped moving is still unclear. What is clear, however, is that the operation must have been extremely demanding and emotional for all the paramedics involved and the child’s relatives.
Four rescue teams gave everything
Yet there is good news for now: after four professional rescue teams went to the apartment on Kopalgasse and the helicopter landed spectacularly in the middle of the roundabout on Rappachgasse, the signal was given. According to spokesman Daniel Melcher, it was possible to revive the patient and thus stabilize her. The toddler was then taken to hospital by plane.
