In the summer there is another murder case in Klagenfurt. As reported, a 22-year-old man is suspected of having strangled his friend of the same age at a drug party. Lawyer Manfred Arbacher-Stöger, who defends together with Rudi Mayr: “Our client will answer for manslaughter – that he committed the act in a state of understandable excitement.”
This is believed to be due to the victim’s recoil while under the influence of drugs.
