Use now permitted – Ukraine is from Landmine- Agreements

Date:

The Ukrainian president Wolodyymyr Senskyj has signed a decision to leave his country from the Landminen agreement. This step is “difficult but necessary”. The Russian attack war is forced, Senskyj said.

It is a “trademark of Russian murderers” to “destroy life” with all means. The Landminen Agreement prohibits the use, storage, production and passing on of anti -staff pains. It was signed by more than 160 countries and areas. Neither Russia nor the United States are among them.

The government of Austria was, among other things, one of the initiators who worked with the Red Cross, among others. The legally binding instrument is intended to protect the civilian population and to go beyond the conventional limitations of weapons and combat meth.

In order to get the Ukraine output, the parliament still has to ratify the decision and officially inform the United Nations. Usually the resignation of strength becomes after six months. “However, if the dismissal of the contract is involved in an armed conflict at the end of these six months, the dismissal will only be in force after this armed conflict has been completed,” says the agreement.

Senskyj said on Sunday that he was aware of it. It is a “political step” and a “signal” for the Allies. The country was protected by the dismissal “of the crew and our people to terrible Russian atrocities,” said the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Kiev.

Poland and Finland could follow
In recent months, the parliaments in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania had already voted for leaving the Landminen agreement. Moreover, the governments of Poland and Finland have announced that it would go out because of the war against Ukraine. They all have limits to Russia or Russian exclusion of Kaliningrad and see themselves threatened. Secretary -General António Guterres and human rights organizations are obtained because of these announcements. The convention was signed in Ottawa on 3 December 1997 and was entered into force on 1 March 1999.
