Problems in the Leopoldstadt of Vienna. An abusive tenant has been making his neighbors’ lives hell for years – no one helps.
Inner restlessness, sleepless nights and fear. Brigitte Fiedelsberger (52) is desperate when she contacts the “Krone”. For years, a tenant has been terrorizing the neighborhood on their stairs in the community building at 140-142 Vorgartenstrasse (Leopoldstadt). “We can’t take it anymore! Everyone who can, gets out of here.” The well-known and violent drug addict has been harassing his roommates since 2015. In very different ways.
Odor nuisance drives tenants crazy
At the local inspection “Krone” those involved described their experiences with the neighbours.
