The man apparently wanted to use the rare snow game in Port Arthur (Houston) to increase his own popularity on the social media platform. In the clip (see below) you can see how the man laughs back and forth around the little child to wipe the snow out of the windshield.
A lawyer told the local television station KFDM that he immediately contacted the police after discovering the video. In the meantime, it is no longer available on the man’s canal, but copies of it still circling on social media.
Child protection service engaged
The police chief of Port Arthur has already assigned the case to a researcher, as he has informed the broadcaster. His department contacted the man in the video and the baby after a visit to her apartment for a review of Well -being. In such cases it is customary to engage the child protection service, he said.
The baby seems to be doing well after the incident, but the indictment of the man concerned must be collected because of the risk of children’s welfare. The authority did not give the name of the 25-year-old man publicly.
