Date:

In the case of the murdered Valeriia (9), a 37-year-old in Chemnitz has now been sentenced to life imprisonment. The judgment against the Moldova fell after four days of negotiations. He is the ex-partner of the girl’s mother (see video above).

As reported, Valeriia was killed at the beginning of June 2024 in a forest near Döbeln west of Dresden. The Ukrainian girl disappeared on her way to school on 3 June. Then hundreds of police officers searched for the child with drones and dogs for days. About a week later they discovered the body in a forest, about four kilometers from the apartment.

Company body found in mudgat
Valeriia was dead for several days when she was found. A forensic doctor found mud on the entire airways of the girl to the windpipe and bronchi. It stifled that, said it.

Valeriia’s mother was divorced by the father of the girl and fled to Germany before the war with the children. Sometimes she had received a relationship with the 37-year-old today.

The Moldova has now been sentenced to life imprisonment for the murder. The court of the German city of Chemnitz followed the request of the public prosecutor. The COAction representatives of the mother and father of Valeriia had also joined him here.

Defense: Insults have not proven
The defense, on the other hand, had committed murder without appointing a precise punishment. The murder characteristics of insidies and low motives have not been proven, lawyer Jörg Neber said in court.
