Hamas releases three other hostages, in exchange for 183 Palestinian prisoners

After 484 days in captivity in the Gaza strip, the hostages Calderon, Yarden Bibas and Keith Siegel offer this Saturday of the Palestinian militias, to representatives of the Red Cross, shortly after crossing Israeli territory. The first two were released in Kan Yunis, and the third, shortly thereafter, in Gaza City.

This is already the fourth exchange between Israeli hostages for Palestinian prisoners as part of the agreement of Alto El Fuego in Gaza between Hamas and Israel.

Each of the hostages, as happened with the five welded women, has risen to a stage, has received a diploma and greeted the crowd before it was delivered to the Red Cross.

The Israeli Bibas35, he was abducted with his Argentinian wife Shiri and his two children, Ariel and Kfir, who have already become five and two respectively in captivity.

In November 2023, Hamas’s armed arm assured that Shiri and the two children had died in an Israeli attack, but the army did not confirm that information, although the fears have increased because they were not released the first.

Offer Calderon54, was kidnapped by Palestinian militian men in the Kibutz Nir Oz, together with their two children, Sahar and Erez, who were released during the first Armistice Agreement that was sealed between Israel and Hamas in November 2023.

The third and final host of this Saturday, Israeli-American Keith Siegel65, he was born and raised in Chapel Hill, North Carolina and moved to Israel at the age of 21, where he married former Rerehén Aviva, with whom he lived in the Kibutz Kfar Azza, where both were caught on October 7, 2023.

After 51 days in captivity, Aviva was released at the end of November 2023 during the first file agreement, while Keith continued in the strip.

The three Experhenes that were released today are transferred to a hospital in Tel Aviv, where they meet their relatives after a provisional check.

In exchange for 183 prisoners

The number of Palestinian prisoners and prisoners who will be released this Saturday in exchange for hostages has increased to 183, after the recording of 111 who were arrested after the Hamas attack of 7 October.

Initially, only 90 prisoners would be released, in accordance with the provisions of the Alto El Fuego Agreement, which sets up 30 prisoners and Palestinian prisoners for every Israeli civilians, or 50 in exchange for every soldier of the Hebrew army.
