The Salzburg public prosecutor has recently established accusations against Romanian for suspected attempted murder. As the “Krone” learned, the 38-year-old in custody was sentenced in 2018 to four years in prison for “deliberately killing”.
The “Kroon” recently reported on the indictment against Romanian (38) because of the accusation of attempted murder. According to the indictment, he would have missed eleven stairs in October 2024 for Salzburg’s main station – and thus accepted his death.
As is known, the Romanian has submitted an objection to the imposition of custody, but in vain.
Four criminal registers and a striking conviction
In the decision, Linz Higher Regional Court was mainly involved in his violent past: the 38-year-old, who was “for aggression and violent crimes”, was therefore sentenced to four years in prison for “deliberately killing” in 2018- four years in the Prison- for “deliberate killing”- four years in prison- the Austrian criminal code only has a deliberate murder as a murder.
However, the regional court could not give any details about the case at that time. The accused has been in custody in the Puch Justice since 27 October.
