The ‘Fontanka’ news portal wrote that the man is said to be the victim of telephone fraudsters. It is said that they occurred as an employee of the secret service. They would have cheated him for money and promised him to give it back if he checked the vigilance of the “colleagues of the FSB”.
According to the independent “Mediazona” portal in Russia since the start of the war, Kremlin Chief Vladimir Putin against Ukraine has become more common.
