The Lehendakari has said that they are “the last fringes”, and that a company that lies on the stock market must pay some guidelines of the CNMV.
Lehendakari Imanol Pradales has announced before Eitb microphones that they will certainly sign the agreement for the purchase of Talkgo in “two or three weeks”, because there are still “the last edge”.
The Lehendakari, who came to a sporting event in Gernika, has emphasized that the purchase is a “very good news for our people”, but “especially for the Basque industry”. In that sense, he said that it is a “very good example to show that when the public and private life are connected, the objectives can be achieved”, in reference to the competition they have had from foreign companies.
Moreover, he emphasized that taking into account direct and indirect jobs are more than 4,000, which means for the economy.
Regarding the transfer of Madrid’s head office to Araba, he explained that it will be the responsibility of the new board of directors to design that process, as well as the “industrial strategy”. Pradales has assured that Talkgo has a “great workload”, but that he will have to compete “worldwide” to achieve more work.
Pradales has therefore said that in the coming weeks it will be “very important” to “close everything”, and remembered it, as a company that quotes on the stock market, the guidelines of the CNMV have to be followed throughout the entire process.
