A nine -month -old girl was attacked and deadly injured by a pit bull while he was in his bed. The incident took place on Saturday evening in Acerra in the province of Naples, as Italian media reported.
The 25-year-old father said he fell asleep with his daughter while the child’s mother worked in a restaurant. The child was next to his father when the dog was attacked.
The animal bit the girl’s face, which led to deadly injuries. The baby was admitted to the hospital, but the doctors couldn’t do anything anymore. The police are investigating in this case.
