Two BMW drivers lost their mobile orders in Upper Austria on Sunday. At least for the time being, because the police seized the two cars according to the new Raser Act. A 36-year-old chased 160 km/h via a construction site, a 20-year-old accelerated to 140 km/h.
The first case took place on the motorway of Innkreis in the area of the Pre -Alpine Cross junction. A patrol of the highway police, in the municipal area of Sattledt, carried out laser measurements.
And they showed 161 km/h for a 36-year-old Serbs from Vorchdorf-Hij was 320 xD on a BMW. Please note in a construction area where only 80 km/h would be allowed.
