Two BMW drivers lost their mobile orders in Upper Austria on Sunday. At least for the time being, because the police seized the two cars according to the new Raser Act. A 36-year-old chased 160 km/h via a construction site, a 20-year-old accelerated to 140 km/h.

The first case took place on the motorway of Innkreis in the area of ​​the Pre -Alpine Cross junction. A patrol of the highway police, in the municipal area of ​​Sattledt, carried out laser measurements.

And they showed 161 km/h for a 36-year-old Serbs from Vorchdorf-Hij was 320 xD on a BMW. Please note in a construction area where only 80 km/h would be allowed.

The officials held the 36-year-old, took his driver’s license and seized his BMW.

Young racer with 140 km/h
The same piece, another scene: on Efertlinger Straße in Buchkirchen, the police also stood early on Sunday evening with laspistols. A 20-year-old from Marchtrenk chased his BMW 318i with 141 km/h through a zone from the 70s.

This young steering wheel also lost his driver’s license – and for the time being his car. In the coming days, the responsible district administration will decide how the two confiscated vehicles will continue. In the extreme case, as known, there is a forced auction at the speeds of speeds.
