Dramatic scenes took place in the early morning hours on Sunday in Telfs in Tirol (Innsbruck-Land district): an unknown person was chasing a 25-year-old resident – when she then fled to a friend from a bar, there was a wild argument between the perpetrators and the Protector, culminating in a brutal knife attack. The attacker was able to go into hiding – the police are looking for witnesses!
The 25-year-old Tyrolean was marching on a municipal road in Telfs around 4:20 am when she suddenly noticed an unknown man following her. “Out of fear, the young woman went to a 22-year-old friend who was standing in front of a bar. She had hoped that this would make the man disappear,” the researchers said.
Screaming is followed by a fight
But the ominous stranger did not run away. On the contrary. A screaming duel ensued between the pursuer and the protector, which resulted in punches, with the 22-year-old falling.
“The previously unknown perpetrator did not let go of him, continued to harass the man who was lying on the ground. When the 22-year-old tried to keep the attacker away with stairs, he stabbed or cut the victim several times in the right leg,” the police continued.
