In the Basque autonomous community, the prices of homes in 2024 was raised by the middle of 8.5 % compared to the previous year, while in Navarra the increase was 12.9 %.
The price of housing was more expensive in the Basque autonomous community On average 8.5 % in 2024 compared to the previous year, the highest increase since 2007 and well above that in 2023 (3.5 %), according to the data released this Friday this Friday by the National Statistics Institute (Ine).
For typologies, the price of second hand homes increased on average by 7.4 %in 2024, also the highest increase since 2007 when it grew by 7.5 %, while the price of new homes was made by 13.6 %.
In the last quarter of 2024, in the prices of Euskad, an average of 10.7 %rose. The new housing became 12.6 % and the second hand 10.3 %.
Regarding NavarreThe interanual rise in the housing price was 12.9 %.
In the whole Spanish state The average growth was 8.4 %, the largest increase since 2007 and where it also represented the highest percentage since 2007 – when the series of this statistics began. Moreover, the price of second hand homes increased on average by 8 % in 2024, while the price of new homes was 10.9 %.
