Since the beginning of the month, one euro has to be paid at Langbath and offensee for parking per hour. That does not only cause problems. However, not everything runs around the new rates. The mobile phone app can often not be used for parking because the internet connection is weak.
The parking costs about Langbath and offensee that were introduced at the start of the month continue to give violent discussions. Above all, the Parkraum-Und Werbungs GmbH, launched by the municipality of Ebensee, must have a lot of criticism. The weak internet connection at Langbathsee, which is needed to use the Park app on the mobile phone, ensures resentment. For many drivers it is annoying that the ticket can only be paid for cash without cash on the second cash register for violation. The calls after better information are loud. The board for the parking space is only available for the Langbathsee – it can be found when entering the town hall.
No multi -day tickets
The lack of multi -day tickets is incomprehensible. If you park your car between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., you currently pay one euro per hour. The day ticket costs eight euros.
Vehicle owners with the most important home in Ebensee receive an annual ticket for the Langbathsee, the attack, the Rindbach Leisure Center and the parking spaces in the city center.
Improvements only in 2026
Mayor Sabine Promberger (SP) and GMBH director Peter Wallner are known. Both bring improvements to the prospect. However, the construction of reversal places through the country or the attachment of the markings of the parking spaces is only planned in the coming year. For financial reasons, the renovation of the aging toilet still remains only for future music.
