Another serious two-wheel accident in Styria: Wednesday evening a 21-year-old and his 16-year-old passenger clashed with a car, the closer circumstances for the course of the accident are not yet known. The rescue staff were informed of the accident by E-Call.
Around 8:30 pm a so-called e-call activated a police operation on Wednesday. A patrol was called for an accident between a car and a motorcycle in Maria Buch. On the spot the officers found a 21-year-old motorcyclist and his 16-year-old passenger seriously injured next to the road. They are already supplied by the Red Cross and an emergency doctor.
Motorcycle on the road without light?
The 46-year-old Autoruze from Carinthia stated that they were traveling to Judenburg on the B77 from Weißkirchen. At the height of Maria Buch (Murtal District) he wanted to go left to the city of Maria Buch. Because he did not see a vehicle on the opposite job, he continued the rotary process. Suddenly it crashed on the right side of his car. Only when he got out did he realize that a motorcycle had crashed into his vehicle.
Because of the impact, the two young people were thrown off the motorcycle. According to testimonials, it is said that the motorcycle has not been investigated. The 21-year-old suffering life-threatening injuries and was flown to the University Hospital Graz by the rescue helicopter. His 16-year-old passenger came to the children’s clinic of the same hospital with serious injury. The car driver was not injured.
