Convened by the Ayala strike committee, and in the context of the threat of the closure of Guardian, they will denounce the “employment destruction” produced in the region and will ask public institutions to commit, starting at 12:00 in the Plaza de la Provincia.
Vorroria-Gasteiz will organize a ‘regional initiative’ on Saturday to denounce the “continuous destruction of the work” produced in Ayala and to demand a “fixed commitment” of public institutions to deal against it.
The mobilization has been convened by SOS Aiaraldea and the Aiaraldea strike committee of the threat of the closure of Guardian, although the initiative extends to the entire region, in defense to improve the situation and the future of the same.
The concentration will take place at 12:00 in the Plaza de la Provincia, in front of the Palace of the Provincial Council of Álava.
In recent years, Aiaraldea has been the scene of various labor conflicts and the latter is that of Guardian, where the Macha company has submitted in the file of the work regulations to dismiss the 171 employees of the factory.
From the platform they have assured that “this region deserves a decent future” and has called to maintain the fight against destruction of employment.
