After a 53-year-old Tuesday morning, access to the ORF center on Küniglberg in Vienna with a small truck and endangered with a bomb, the man was admitted to the Josefstadt Judicial Facility. The public prosecutor has applied for the imposition of custody.
Initially, the police temporarily brought the suspect man to a hospital for health reasons. There may have been instructions of psychological abnormalities.
Suspicion of re -activation
A corresponding guardianship application was then submitted to the court, as the spokeswoman of Christina Salzborn confirmed on Wednesday. The application must now be decided within 48 hours. According to the spokeswoman for the office of the public prosecutor Nina Bussek, the prosecutor assumes that guardianship is being offered because the 53-year-old could otherwise again commit a criminal act with serious consequences.
Proximity to the esoteric author “Wilton Kullmann”
The man is currently being investigated for qualified dangerous threats, attempted resistance to state power and material damage. The accused had damaged the small truck he rented with the letters “Wissen Wissen Wisson Klima-Chahange” in striking letters.
The name “Wilton Kullmann” is from an esoteric author who deals with naturopathic and radiation theories. He published works such as “God’s Star Rays Lighten Pain, Healing and Rejuvenating” and “The perfect housing disorder: Specialist knowledge of short -term radio -esthetes”.
The 53-year-old would have tried to network with climate activists in the past. So far, however, specific activities in organized groups have not been detectable. The State Office for State Security and Extremism Standard (LSE) continues to investigate in the area of the suspect and the background of crime. The suspect has no criminal record
In December 2024 the man had parked a truck in Heldplatz, on which he drawn attention to the Wilton Kullmanns work with letters on the side walls. At the time, he could not prove behavior that the Criminal Code would have violated. He was only punished according to administrative criminal law because he had put the truck into operation and had taken the truck into force without a corresponding authorization of the driver.
