Only on Tuesday did the ‘Krone’ report on three incidents in East Tyrol in which children said they had been lured by men with sweets. On Wednesday, three children again went to the police: they were approached by unknown men on the way to school!
On Wednesday between 7:20 a.m. and 7:45 a.m. in Lienz – near the Amlacher Strasse underpass – three children were approached by a man in a white car on the way to school. The children reported this to the police. The man had gray hair and was wearing a blue and white shirt. One child said the man offered him candy. An immediate search was negative. Witnesses to the incident are asked to contact Lienz police on: 059133-7230.
The day before, as reported, three similar incidents had been reported to the police in Sillian. Between September 15 and 25, dark-skinned men in a black car allegedly approached children and lured them with candy – to no avail. In one case, the unknown people even allegedly shot something on a playground.
