In Myanmar, the European-Mediterranean Seismological Center (EMSC) has registered an earthquake 5.6.
The earthquake took place at a depth of 35 kilometers.
It was only on March 28 that an earthquake of the thickness of 7.7 wide parts of Southeast -Asia Shaked. The epicenter was in the center of Myanmar, near the city of Mandalay. According to the military junta it was one of the strongest earthquakes in a century.
Earthquake also in Papua -NEW -GUINEA
A somewhat stronger earthquake of the Magnitude 5.8 Shaked Papua New Guinea on Sunday. According to the German Geo research center (GFZ), the epicenter was only about ten kilometers.
In the beginning there was no information about possible damage or injuries. Due to the low depth, the vibrations in affected areas could have been clearly noticeable.
