Home Office Popular – Salary for employees of the most important stimulus

Date:

A current survey has shown which employees are the most important incentives in the work. The payment and financial incentives came first, followed by flexibility during working hours and vacation. 37 percent of the respondents would do without a salary for an extra holiday week.

1100 professionals were interviewed during the opinion survey of management adviser PWC. It also came out: more than half (53 percent) would exchange cooperation in the home office office.

And the Deloitte consultant also belonged. According to this, Generation Z (born from 1995 to 2006) and the Millennials (1983 to 1994) would be under high financial pressure despite a great ambition in professional life.

Boys are very concerned about the costs of living
“The costs of living in Austria on more than a quarter of the Gene ZS and almost half of the millennials causes a headache. A major role is also concerned about the financial security in retirement. This is an alarming inventory,” emphasized Elisa Aichinger, partner at Deloitte Austria.

Success does not necessarily mean climbing the career ladder in the classic sense of Gen ZS and Millennials. “They strive for financial security, what means and good -” said Aichinger.

AI as a working murderer
In particular, digital change – keyword “artificial intelligence” – ensure uncertainty. “Half of the millennials and almost two -thirds of the genes are of the opinion that the technology will lead to the elimination of many jobs. In this respect it is not surprising that a large part of the millennials and 65 percent of genes are looking for work options that are less influenced by automation,” said the management consultant in a consultant.
