An unusual sight for the rescue workers in Baden (Lower Austria): two vehicles had fallen from the hospital parking garage. A driver was behind the wheel of a car and was injured.
The driver likely lost control of his car due to a medical emergency. The car broke through a barrier on the first floor of the parking deck and fell into the depths, taking with it another unoccupied car.
Difficult to use
The resident had to be treated on the spot by an emergency doctor. The fire brigade first secured the vehicles against tipping over and then placed them on their wheels. The hole in the wall was temporarily closed.
