More young criminals -20 year threatens to attack Polytechnic

Date:

Three adolescents will be on Linz’s accusators next week. They are accused of serious violations in individual procedures: a 14-year-old would have a robbery, a 16-year-old is harassed by his roommate in a facility and a 20-year-old would have threatened a murder attack.

Young, dangerous and indisputable: small system sprayers are increasingly making the headlines – why politics and managers are already thinking according to measures such as reducing the age of criminal and house arrest for young criminals.

The coming week at the Linz Regional Court is practical proof of this development: three alleged criminals between the ages of 14 and 20 are concerned with the judiciary. A Hungarian (14) is said to have dragged two people from the BIM and a public toilet at the Ebelsberg train station on July 6, 2024.

Smiling prey, high threat of punishment
There they would have mistreated their two victims and demanded money. Prey: 1.50 euros. Before that, the official 14-year-old checkout of the newspapers would have been cracked and emptied and the representation of a card machine has been kicked. He will be confronted on Monday with a maximum of five years in prison.

Roommate tortured
A triple criminal resident (16) should panic in the night of 17 February: according to the indictment, he had beaten his roommate (17) because he did not give him his EC card and codes. In the end, he violently fired his mobile phone, the pin, iPad and accessories, as well as food and 100 euros, forced his victim to undress his underpants and closed it for hours. The 16-year-old threatens five years in prison on Tuesday.

Threats about the current volume
On the same day, a 20-year-old will also negotiate the indictment against the indictment, a series-dreaher, according to the expert, is still responsible. In the Pregarten Polytechnic he had announced drunk to shoot students and break the building. Then he had two students sexually difficult and endangered other people with a knife. The judiciary is now threatening him with a maximum of three years in prison.

No new phenomenon
However, the phenomenon of juvenile crime is not completely new: according to Statistics Austria, 363 14 to 17-year-olds were convicted in the higher Austria- usually for perspective of ownership (41%), crimes against body and life (eg physical damage, 22%) and addictive offenses (9%).
