A Innviertel family searched for her hangover in Upper Austria for two and a half months. The animal was suddenly disappeared. Weeks later it was seen a few kilometers further and finally taken prisoner. But that was not the end of the Odyssey.
His curiosity could also cost life “Pauli”. The fact that the expedition in unknown territory was ultimately able to end a reconciling end can be praised on the one hand on the Poothulp and on the other to thank the perseverance of his family. “We have searched for him without success since the end of February – but he stayed without a track, as was swallowed off the ground,” says owner Monika P. van Weißenkirchen/A.
Family was desperate
The family did not know where he could be and if he was alive. What the four -poleing lost in the following weeks is actually experienced is no longer understandable. But Mid -he was suddenly seen 20 kilometers away in Lengau, where he walked around for two weeks before he was taken to Lochen to the Animal Protection Center.
Animal was neglected
“He was completely exhausted, his fur was completely matted and full of parasites,” says Pfotenhilfe Baas Johanna Stadler. Unfortunately, the hangover found had no chip, so “ghost” was baptized for the time being. He also did not seem to appear in the online Foundation database of the state of Upper Austria, where all run-up and exposed animals are published. “We shaved him, medically cared for and demolished,” explains Stadler. Monika P. learned about social media from “Paulis”, the reunion was huge at the time.
