A former FC Deutschkreutz official is suspected of having made pornographic images of minors with a hidden camera in the football club’s dressing room.
The football club employee had installed a camera on the shelf in the locker room overlooking the showers and had been taking pictures since June 10 – the “Krone” reported. The device was handed over to the police, the voyeur was suspended and a report was filed. The club’s top management spoke in the initial response of “deeply shocking images”, which left room for speculation.

Proceedings have been launched against the official for unauthorized image recording, and “pornographic images of minors” are now also being investigated, Patricia Lendzian, a prosecutor in Eisenstadt, confirmed Friday.

The fact is that “the 110 boys and girls of the junior teams – between the ages of 5 and 16 – use this cabin to change,” said chairman Robert Strobl. “But not the showers. I never noticed anything out of the ordinary there.”
The parents of the children are very concerned, but the public prosecutor initially provides all the clarity. “The material is still with the police. From what has been observed so far, there has been absolutely no sexual activity.”
