Learning is still being taught in the former school in Boscoverde near Tarvis: German, Italian, musical instruments, history and cooperation across the border.
Children visited the house in Boscoverde (Grünwald) near Tarvis until 1958 to learn there: 1905, in the K&K Monarchy, Josef Dreyhorst founded the school. It is also taught in the building 120 years later: the Italian Channel Alter Association, the Associazione Cultural della Valcanale, offers German lessons for children, adolescents and adults, the Carinthian Brother Association Italian courses. Moreover, the clubs always invite you to lectures and festivals, as well as music evenings with the “Hörnnerklang Alpe Adria” and the Alphorn Play Ensemble of the Carinthian Channelaler.
