The earth shook in southern Germany on Saturday afternoon. Foothills of the earthquake, which was given by the ZAMG with a magnitude of 4.2, were also partly felt in Austria.
The earthquake service of the ZAMG registered a magnitude 4.2 earthquake in the Balingen region of Baden-Württemberg in Germany on Saturday. As the ZAMG also reported, isolated weak tremors were also felt in Austria at 1:47 PM. In addition, the earth shook in parts of Switzerland.
According to the German State Bureau for Geology, Raw Materials and Mining, the earthquake was felt within a radius of 50 kilometers from the epicenter. At this size, minor damage may occur in the area of the epicenter.
