Vuur broke out in a building with four malfunctions on Stelzhamerplatz in Ried Im Innkreis on Friday afternoon. It started to burn in an apartment on the first floor. “Fortunately, the owner of this apartment was able to save himself independently and has already been taken care of by the Red Cross,” reports the Ried/Innkreis fire brigade.
But the inhabitants of the apartments above were stuck because the stairs were full of smoke. Breathing protection teams of the fire brigade have saved four people and a dog from the burning house.
