The largest process of child abuse in France with 299 victims bends on the straight home. The retired doctor Joël Le Scouarneec (74) is known to have abused a total of 158 patients and 141 patients aged eleven years between 1989 and 2014. The public prosecutor calls in prison for 20 years.
The suspect dealt with his victims as lifeless objects and showed no empathy, said public prosecutor Stéphane Kellenberger on Friday in the court in Vannes in western French, as the newspaper “Ouest France” reported from the courtroom. To make matters worse, the suspect has exploited his role as a doctor.
He was often passed on to patients or children who were still under anesthesia who could not sort his actions as abuse. In addition, the doctor operated the location of the under -occupied hospitals in the country, said the public prosecutor, who described the accused as “cowardly”.

France shakes the legal proceedings, also because the demand is in the Chamber, and therefore the health authorities could not stop the doctor who was convicted in 2005 for child pornography.
